Model Wind Turbine Results
Skills Canada Manitoba, the Certified Technologists and Technicians Association of Manitoba (CTTAM) and Red River College, hosted the 3rd Annual Model Wind Turbine Competition at Red River College on Monday, November 2, 2009 as part of National Technology Week.
Given a specific set of materials to work with, approximately 50 students from around the province used their skills and ingenuity to design and construct a working model wind turbine.
Results from the day are as follows:
